The line is mainly used to make the berry fruit juice, berry fruit oil and berry fruit seeds oil from fresh fruit. Nutrition valve of the fruit:
Hippophae rhamnoides, also known as sea-buckthorn. Sea buckthorn fruit contains sugars, sugar alcohols, fruit acids, vitamins (C, E, and K), polyphenols, carotenoids, fiber, amino acids, minerals, and plant sterols. Species belonging to genus Hippophae accumulate oil both in soft parts and in seed of the fruit. The plant is used in the food and cosmetics industries, in traditional medicine, as animal fodder, in horticulture, and for ecological purposes.
Design principle:
We have designed the multifunctional processing line according to the characteristics of the fruit. So as to make the full use of the fruit to help the clients obtain the nutrition products as much as possible, which includes the Natural juice, Seeds Oil, and Fruit oil.

The whole processing line is composed of the Washing system, Sorting system, Hopper and screw pump crushing, Preheating system, Fruit pulping and refining, Grinding, Decanter centrifuge, Tube type pre-heating, Disk stack centrifuge, Pipe type filter, Vacuum degassing system, High pressure homogenizing, Tube in tube type sterilizer, Aseptic filling system.
